The Peyton/Potter State Missions Offering provides a helpful way for individuals and churches to work together to support the ministries and missions of Deaf Baptists in North Carolina. The offering is sponsored by North Carolina Deaf Baptist Conference. PPSMO of NCBCD budgets funds for all offering resources and promotion expenses. This means 100% of any gifts from individuals or church are used for outreach and missions.

Mission Opportunities 2012
Needs: Volunteers to visit deaf homes (house to house), teach Deaf believers how to evangelize, prayer walking, and teach gospel dramas.
Volunteers needed on Team: 14 people
Trip cost per person:$300 plus round-trip tickets (+$85 departure tax if not included in airfare)

Who will we be working with:Cliff and Brenda Tolosa, IMB missionaries to the Deaf in Colombia, South America

Needs: Be prepared to share the gospel and lead people to faith in Jesus Christ. Be prepared to plan attractional events, i.e., breakfast with the Deaf, or lunch, or potluck plans for dinner, ice cream social. Know how to give your testimony, visit in homes, home Bible study, speak in a deaf SS class, preach in the new Deaf church in Albq, visit Deaf in nursing homes, prison, Deaf cultural center, state agencies, and other plans set up by the NM Deaf Hands on Mission Teams with whom you will work.

Who will we be working with: Joyce Smith, NAMB and BCNM missionary in New Mexico.

Needs: Reach Deaf that have been unreached, do dramas, one-on-one storying, go to countryside village to meet Deaf there, and have fellowship with the workers.

Needs:Join the Deaf leadership team and staff of the New Life Deaf Ministry in Tegucigalpa, Honduras for an exciting and Christ-centered time. Mission Activities include:
- Providing Leadership Training workshops
- Helping with small projects
- Assisting with Camp for Deaf church
Volunteers needed on Team: up to 18 people - Best: 8-15 people
Trip cost per person:$750 for 10 nights plus airfare
